The vertical mechanical  Gassing incinerator owned by our company is an

internationally advanced technology, which is most suitable for

handling high humidity and low calorific value. It has a unique

patented incineration equipment, with a vertical elliptical structure

that concentrates energy and heat and has an efficient incineration

form.

According to mutual agreement, the following matters are as

follows:

1. Here, our company guarantees that the amount of garbage

input into the furnace per hour is not less than 3 tons, and the

calorific value of RDF is stable at 18MJ/kg or above, with a humidity

of<25%. The hourly power generation of our project is between 2300-

2600kw.

Warranty and After-Sales Service Commitment

1. The warranty period for the machinery is two (2) years,

commencing from the date of installation and handover. This

warranty covers all manufacturing defects and operational

failures, excluding any damage caused by human error or misuse.

2. During the warranty period, Vital Group International will

provide free technical assistance and software upgrade

services at no additional cost to the client.

3. Upon expiry of the two-year warranty period, any replacement

or maintenance of spare parts shall be chargeable, subject to

standard pricing terms.

4. The Chinese Machinery Manufacturer guarantees the continuous

availability of spare parts for a minimum period of forty (40)

years from the date of the signed agreement, ensuring long-

term operational support.

5. All machinery and components comply with international

standards, meeting the full range of ISO 1 through ISO 10

requirements.
